Do I need to be home for my cleaning?
Nope! Just leave your bins at the curb after your trash pickup and we'll take care of the rest. You'll get a text when your bins are sparkling clean.
When do you clean my bins?
We schedule cleanings on the same day as your regular trash pickup, right after your bins are emptied.
Is the cleaning safe for kids and pets?
We use eco-conscious, biodegradable products intended to be appropriate for residential properties. Please keep kids and pets away from wet bins and equipment during and right after service.
What if my bin still has trash in it?
No worries — we'll take care of it. If there's still a little trash left in your bin, we'll bag it up and get rid of it before we give your bin a deep clean. Easy as that.
Can I cancel my plan anytime?
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts — pause or cancel your plan by contacting us. Please give reasonable notice before a scheduled visit when you can.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
If you're not satisfied after a cleaning, contact us within 48 hours at (469) 742-1073. We'll try a re-clean first when that makes sense. If we still can't make it right, we may refund that service visit. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
How do I pay?
After you submit your booking, you’ll go to our secure Stripe checkout to pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) or Apple Pay / Google Pay where available. Plan prices cover 2 bins; if you need more, we’ll confirm the small extra-bin fee before or after checkout.
