These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Trash Doctor website and our residential trash bin cleaning and sanitizing services. By using our website, submitting a booking request, or receiving service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are

2. Booking Requests
Submitting a booking form is a request for service, not a guaranteed appointment until we confirm it with you by call or text. We may decline or reschedule service due to weather, routing, access issues, safety concerns, or service-area limits.
3. Service Description
Unless otherwise agreed, service typically includes exterior/interior cleaning of eligible bins using high-pressure water and cleaning products, plus sanitizing/deodorizing as described for your plan. Results can vary based on bin condition, age, stains, and prior damage. We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains, cracks, or odors caused by damaged or porous materials.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and service address information.
- Place bins where we can safely access them on the scheduled service day (typically after trash pickup).
- Ensure bins are city/HOA-compliant and you have authority to have them cleaned.
- Disclose any access restrictions, aggressive pets, or unsafe conditions.
If a small amount of trash remains in a bin, we may bag and remove it when practical so cleaning can proceed. Heavily overloaded or hazardous contents may require rescheduling.
5. Pricing and Payments
Prices on the website are current promotional or standard rates for the listed plans and include 2 bins unless stated otherwise. Extra bins are charged as listed (generally $5 each) or as confirmed before service. Taxes may apply where required.
Online payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. When you pay online, you also agree to Stripe’s terms. We do not store your full card number on our website. Card brands and wallet options (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay) depend on Stripe and your device. Promotional pricing (including Grand Opening specials) may change or end without notice for new bookings. If a payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed, we may pause or cancel scheduled service until payment is resolved.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee / Refunds
If you are not satisfied with a completed cleaning, contact us within 48 hours of service at (469) 742-1073. We will first attempt to make it right with a re-clean when reasonable. If we cannot resolve the issue, we may offer a refund for that service visit at our discretion, limited to the amount paid for the affected service. Refunds do not apply to:
- Issues reported after 48 hours
- Pre-existing bin damage, permanent stains, or structural defects
- Missed service caused by inaccessible bins, wrong address, or customer no-show conditions
- Third-party or municipal bin rules beyond our control
7. Cancellations and Plans
Monthly and quarterly plans may be paused or canceled by contacting us. Please give reasonable notice before a scheduled visit when possible. One-time services may be canceled before we arrive; if we have already performed service, the visit is chargeable.
8. Products and Safety
We aim to use eco-conscious cleaning approaches suitable for residential properties. “Kid and pet safe” means we use products and methods intended to be appropriate for home environments when used as directed and after normal drying. Keep children and pets away from wet bins and equipment during and immediately after service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Trash Doctor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a service visit is limited to the amount you paid for that visit. We are not responsible for damage to bins that are already cracked, brittle, warped, or otherwise defective, or for issues arising from unsafe property conditions we did not create.
10. Website Use
Website content is for general information and may change. You may not misuse the site (including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it abusively, or submit false booking information).
11. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in courts located in Collin County or as otherwise required by applicable law.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
